CANCELLATIONS
Your appointment time is held exclusively for you. Therefore, due to the busy nature of our business, we please ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes, and 48 hours notice for Friday and Saturday appointments. We allow for a 10 minute grace period past your appointment time, however anything beyond this time may required rescheduling of your appointment.
